These terms apply whenever you book a plumbing call-out or service from EasyFix Plumbing LTD, trading as EasyFix Plumbing Services (company number 16827483, registered office 4 Arbour View Court, Northampton, England, NN3 8AR). By requesting our services you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide 24/7 emergency and general plumbing services, including tap repair and installation, kitchen and bathroom plumbing, appliance installation, radiator and immersion heater work, outdoor plumbing and drain clearance, across Oxford, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Leicester, Coventry and Luton and their surrounding areas.

Quotes and pricing

Where possible we give an indicative price by phone. A firm price or estimate is confirmed after a plumber has diagnosed the job on site. We will tell you the price before carrying out any chargeable work beyond the initial diagnosis, so you can decide whether to proceed.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

Cancellations and your right to cancel

Where you ask us to attend urgently (for example, a burst pipe or active leak) and work begins at your request before any statutory cancellation period would end, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 recognise that the normal 14-day cancellation right does not apply once we have completed an urgent repair you specifically asked us to carry out. For non-urgent, pre-booked work arranged at a distance (e.g. by phone), you may have a 14-day cancellation right before work starts; ask us if you'd like more detail for your specific booking.

Our liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our work. We are liable for loss or damage caused by our negligence, but we do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Service standards

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services we provide to consumers must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, and for a reasonable price where one hasn't been agreed in advance. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
